Our weekend and training programs are led by a team of approximately ten men serving in various capacities. The senior leaders have had years of training and experience. They are carefully selected and periodically reviewed by the Victories Board of Directors based on a set of rigorous criteria. The senior leaders for a particular program, typically a dyad, are principally responsible to ensure that it is conducted in a safe and professional manner consistent with the policies of the Board of Directors and its Program Committee. At least one senior member of the leadership team  on site at each weekend program is a licensed and experienced mental health professional.

Other team members are selected based on demonstrated qualities of caring and competence for the work. All of these men are past participants in the programs they serve and each has completed one or more of our training programs.
